The location of this hotel is perfect for budget travelers who want to explore the nearby area. Within walking distance, there is a lovely Ramen restaurant and getting to the airport on the check, out day is no problem at all. the hotel offers easy access to Kansai Airport, so it's perfect for those with morning flights. the room and bathroom are well, kept, and the service is excellent. the breakfast variety is impressive, and the hospitality of the staff is top, notch.
There was a slight misunderstanding with the staff, which led to some confusion.

It was in a relatively quiet place and close to the airport. The free shuttle service from Ringu Town Station and to kix airport made the location convenient. There were a couple of options for dining in walking distance.
It has a stale smokiness in the halls and rooms that casts a distasteful pallor over the whole hotel. Wails of people singing karaoke echo through the walls, though thankfully the karaoke machine is shut down at 11pm. For the price, it could have had nicer bathroom facilities and cleaner room maintenance.

The shuttle service was really helpful and it saved us a lot of time. the hotel was also conveniently located near the train station, which was perfect for our city break. the breakfast was satisfying and delicious. We were also impressed with how clean the hotel was.
The hotel did not offer free bottled water as amenities. Another thing we didn't like was the lack of variety in terms of nearby restaurants and bars.

The staff were freindly and went out of their way to help with directions and his english was bettr than he said. I rang him from the airport to find out how to get there via the free shuttle bus and even though i didn`t have a booking, he told me how to get to the train station to be collected by their van. The van to the train station in the morning was free as well and the breakfast was ok. It was easy to get to from the airport and that is what I needed.

We stayed overnight to catch an early morning flight at Osaka Kansai International Airport. + Free shuttle to the airport at 7:00 + Large room for the price, we could easily fit all our luggage and a baby cot in, and still had a 2x2 m space on the floor. A first for a western-style hotel in Japan. + Owner was expecting us, and had a printed Booked.net paper to confirm our identity. + Room smelled OK, only a weak cigarette scent was present.
- Neighbourhood is ugly, uninspired.

Shuttle to and from hotel was prompt. Good wireless.
The only reason to stay at this hotel is the airport shuttle. I stayed there in December, my room was cold and there was no thermostat in the room. Luckily the room was so smalll that I was able to heat it up a little using the hair dryer in the room for a few minutes. I was on the 8th floor and in the morning, it took 4 minutes for the hot water to get warm. Be aware that you need to make a reservation for breakfast. I did not make one and despite an empty dining room I was denied breakfast.

The hospitality of the staff was superb, starting with the warm welcome when arriving. the free shuttle bus is a great convenience when arriving late and needing to quickly get to the hotel. the variety of breakfast options was impressive, satisfying any kind of craving.
Although the room wasn't spacious, it had everything needed for a one-night stay. However, it might be worth considering that there aren't many dining options within walking distance, and it's essential to reserve meals at the hotel in advance.
